Hello, I'm Chris Zilla — I believe that one unexpected misstep can lead you to greater things down the road, provided you give yourself the space and intention to create something meaningful from it. That willingness to turn problems into good possibilities has always been my greatest strength: taking mistakes or glitches and finding a clever and quick way to make them better. I bring that same patient, curious mindset to every project. As a Multi-Media Designer working across a broad range of projects, I combine careful craft with open-minded experimentation. When you bring Graphic Design knowledge together with Video Editing expertise — you inevitably encounter plenty of errors and surprises along the way. That’s precisely where the magic happens: being able to take those moments, reframe them, and transform them into something useful, surprising, and often more compelling than what you first imagined. I strongly believe in creating for the enjoyment of creating. That's what led me to pursue Digital Marketing and Design in the first place—there are so many different creative paths to explore, and I genuinely enjoy all of them.Because the creative industry is constantly changing, I value growth, curiosity, and the opportunity to keep learning new techniques. I take pride in the skills I've developed, but I also believe there's always something new to discover.I value authenticity, creativity, and knowledge. Raised in a family of artists, I learned patience, confidence, and creativity early on. I started making simple YouTube videos and animations, then shifted focus away from animation around 2018 while still drawing and creating. That period of reflection clarified my direction, and after several years I recommitted to my creative practice. Today, my creative work is thriving under new law. Despite still animating and drawing. I took those interest and shifted them over to (Motion) graphics and Video Editing. Other skills and talents became useful, giving them a new coat of paint!
